Court of Appeals

You are here: Home » Court of Appeals

Our attorneys also practice in the Court of Appeals. Once the trial court has rendered a decision, either side has the right to appeal their case. At that point the case goes to a panel of 3 judges who determine if the trial court made the appropriate decision and applied the correct law. Winning in the Court of Appeals is more difficult than winning in the Trial Court for many reasons. Therefore it is important that your appellate attorney be experienced and have a track record of winning. Below you will find links to just a couple of the appellate cases that our attorneys have won.
